I. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) and are subject to the amount shown at checkout. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once payment is confirmed.

II. Delivery
For orders below HK$500, a shipping fee of HK$50 will be charged. Free shipping is available for orders of HK$500 or above.
Orders will be arranged for shipment within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Actual delivery times are subject to logistics arrangements, and deliveries to remote areas may experience delays.

III. After-Sales & Returns
All after-sales claims must be raised within 48 hours of receipt. Sale items and complimentary gifts are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. For transit damage, please provide photographic evidence within 48 hours; replacement or refund will be arranged upon verification. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days after confirmation.

IV. Product Information
Images are for reference only; actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting and monitor settings. Minor colour variations or pinholes in ceramic products are normal and do not constitute quality defects. Product specifications, pricing, and stock availability are subject to the latest information published on our website.
